Every meal is designed and cooked by Javier Quezadacavazos, known as Chef Q. With over 30 years of cooking experience and 16+ years running a successful catering business in Houston, he brings real skill and bold flavor to every single meal.
Chef Q blends flavors from around the world into a rotating menu of 10+ meal options, so you always have something new to look forward to.
No guessing and no tracking headaches. Every meal is built with up to 45g of protein, kept to 540 calories or less, and includes real fiber to keep you full longer.
Every meal is packed into a generous 24oz portion, big enough to actually fill you up. No shopping, no cooking, no cleanup, just heat and eat.
Nothing is fried, and we never use seed oils. Every meal is cooked fresh out of our own commercial kitchen using high-quality ingredients, never frozen and never canned.
