Chef Q Meal Prep was founded by Javier Quezadacavazos, a chef with over 30 years of experience and more than 16 years running a successful catering business right here in Houston. Originally from Mexico, Javier discovered his passion for cooking at age 12, inspired by legends like Jacques Pépin, Karlos Arguiñano, and Julia Child.
His mission is straightforward: make it easy to eat well without sacrificing flavor, quality, or portion size. Every dish carries the same care and craft he brought to his catering tables, now ready for your week.
